G-Bomb contains 10 grams of micronized L-Glutamine per serving, as well as 500 mg of calcium in the form of calcium pyruvate and 100mcg of calcium L-methyl-folate, the active form of the vitamin folic acid.

Glutamine is a semi-essential amino acid, which means that it can be produced by the body, but there are circumstances, such as increased physical exertion, intense exercise, or prolonged illness, when it is advisable to supplement this amino acid from an external source. This amino acid also makes up nearly 60% of the dry matter content of muscle. It also provides an important nutrient for immune cells and intestinal epithelial cells and is used to make many other amino acids through transamination.
